PaulT,
Thanks for the compliment, but I can not take credit for any of it. I found it on a website called Animation Factory. They have a varity of animated gifs you can use free of charge. Unfortunatly a VERY poor selection along the tractor lines.
There website software allows the user to edit the picture for size, orentiation and allows you to add text.
Until I find one I like better or learn to create my own, this one will work nicely.

Great job. Pretty neat.
I've got to change mine, looks very plain /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif compared to the rest.

Rob,

You might recognize the basic tractor. I "borrowed" yours as a starting point, including the concept/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif. Thanks. I was looking for your name, to give you credit when I first posted it (since I forgot which post I "borrowed" it from). I figured I would post the credit when I ran across it again. Thanks again, Rob.

You guys are amazing with your computer skills. Is this in PowerPoint?

No, PJ, I used MS Paint to edit the individual bitmap files, making a few changes at a time (moving the backhoe just a bit, and "rolling" the tractor forward). There are about 65 different bitmap files saved as GIFs. Then I used the animator utility from JESC software (the people who make Paint Shop Pro) to create an animated GIF. Its pretty easy to make an animation with this tool, but it sure takes a lot of tedious work and back and forth comparison to get the individual files done/w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif

And the finished product is only 6kb. That is very impressive. Nice job!

Hi Paul
I tried to load something similar to that a while ago but couldn't because it was too big. So I settled for a static one. Did you find a way to reduce the number or bites?
