Simple Tractor Cab

canadianstrom: how did you fasten the vinyl to the metal frame? Also, more information about the "door". More pics would be great.

The vinyl is attached with clear twosided tape. Along the sides and back the roof had a ridge that gave a vertical edge that was convenient to work with. i figured it would hold it in place so I could come up with a permanent solution but its holding so well, It may be my permanent solution. The sides are also taped to the front vertical two sides and the front piece is taped over it two sides. It holds very well; as long as the tape doesn't degrade, it's good solution.
The door is simply a foot of overlap and a magnet on the fender to hold them in place. It does make climbing in a pain. I've thought about adding a flexible magnetic strip and trimming it so only overlaps by the strips. I did add Tuck Tape over the door as extra strength for holding the vinyl to the roof.
