(B2620, had BX22) Simplicity Legacy w/48" mmm
When I am driving along in either high, or low range with my Simplicity Legacy (2000, 20hp), and drop into a depression, like a wheel rut, the hydro seems to pause, and then move forward again, almost like it has to build pressure to continue. If it were belt drive, I would think it was caused by a loose belt, but I can see nothing to cause the problem in mine. Moving along slowly on rough ground it is very noticible. It is noticible when pulling a small trailer too. Any ideas?

What is the level of your fluid?

Fluid level is good. That was my first thought too. The filter is due to be changed though, could that affect it?

I would If It was me and cross your fingers

How about fluid and filter change and ask mechanic when you buy your materials what would cause that problem?
!! have you got a pinched line somewhere??

I'll ask tomorrow when I get the filter.

I think in that nonosecond that the wheel looses contact with the ground as it falls into the rut or hole, pressure is reduced in the drive line and has to rebuild again. I have the same sensation in my Deere, it's just a tiny little hesitation, but noticable? What I am saying is that unless you are coming to a complete stop and then resuming speed, it's probably normal. I'd still change the fluid and filter.

Joe, thanks for the accurate input. I spoke with some service guys today when I picked up the filter, etc., and they pretty much said the same thing. Sort of the nature of the beast. I hadn't noticed it in my Kubota BX when I had that, and that is what brought it to my attention. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed. I just wanted to make, or have adjustments made if it were appropriate.
Thanks again.
