Today I fabed the upper cross bar and mounted the spool valve.

Tommorrow I plan to build the pump mount and try to get the fittings in the post to use it as my tank and the foward supports for post.

My spool valve handles are at apehanger height.

I finished up the brackets and supports, then I disassembiled. I had a few welds to run and grinding before I could prep for paint. Here's the results of arms and subframe.

J.I.Case orange will have to work as it was on hand.

I've been working on the pump mount and it was fun getting a 3 1/4" hole in the 1/4" plate when I only had a 3" hole saw. I used a wore down grinding wheel and round file to enlarge the hole till the pump would just clear. It only took an hour.

I also got a little more paint on parts. Next will be boreing the post for 3/4" supply line and comlpeteing adjustable pump mount.

Not to bad for 11 days and working a full time job.

Got most of the pump built today and it has my take of Dancos tensioner. I put the final coat of paint on posts and brackets and if dry enought tomorrow I'll start reinstalling.

Got the pump mount finished up and installed and the loader back on tractor with a lot of the hoses ran. I'm working with the hoses I have on hand for now.

I put it to work today moving dirt and found out I needed a weight box to help keep the back tires from spinning.

I took a piece of 2" sq. tube, a 24" 3x2 solid bar for bumper and an old mc travel trunck loaded with scrap steel sealed with a 80lb sack of quickcrete, This slides into the receiver hitch. there is some room left on top of the concrete that extra weight can be added.

Pic's tomorrow.

Here's a pic of the weight box and one of the the side and top plate on my reshaping of my old bucket. Still only money spent was hydraulic fittings.
