Thanks. Unwittingly, I started with your sheet from another thread, trying to make a chart to put in my maintenance log.
I made an Excel version of the PMCS chart from the manual and then made up a small binder that has checklists through 9000 hours (maybe a bit optimistic on my part). It took a little mental gymnastics getting through the first 3000- making sure I got, for example, check boxes for the 100, 200, 400, and 800 hour items for the 800 hr service, but after that it was just a copy, paste, and print exercise.
I ended up with 2-3 service interval per page, with room to take notes, so it printed out to 40 pages or so, and it's formatted just to click and print with the margins right and no page breaks in the middle of a service interval.
