Yeah, What Renze said makes a lot of sense, plus it would only technically cover the requirement to strap down the hydraulic equipment (aka the loader) and not cover the equipment itself as others stated.

It's a good idea if you also use bungees to secure your tractor

Your tractor hydraulics won't maintain any pressure you need mechanical fasteners
