You just need to know what you are talking about BEFORE you "call some one out" with those statements. lol

I'd say you settled that winch height discussion, won it by a mile, I'll take second place with 16 in. clearance.
I gave the FX's a look see on Youtube, the FX65 size is comparable to my Fransgard. In my observation, it was a good demonstration of standing 20 ft. away with the rope in hand, most of my winching is done by the rear tire and I just don't get why they didn't pull from the top pulley like I always do, the sooner the tree but is up, the easier it pulls. I'd only use the bottom pulley for getting my tractor unstuck or pickup unstuck.....probably the FX top pulley will break right off...............
