Sliding axle gooseneck

I like the idea and concept of the sliding axles especially if they can be pined or locked in different positions. It would provide for nice tongue loading adjustment as well as getting into or out of tight situations. Also it seems that it could be lower to the ground then a comparable tilt deck.
