How do you take care of your impliments with slip clutches my tiller manuel says to loosen bolts until clutch slips then retighten to ensure that clutch is not rusted solid prior to use. does anyone use an lube or oil on the clutch?

Randy N0, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!!!!!!


If you oil it will not work at all for you, and you will be stuck replacing the clutch plates.

All you need is a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean it after you lossen it and then tighten it back up, as it will wash the dust away and then dry off.
