Ever see a slip clutch mounted on pto of tractor??... right at the tractor?
I picked up a Harley rake and it has no slip clutch. Right on the PTO might be the easiest place to add it.
all the slip clutches I have bought or rebuilt say "for implement end only"
there must be a reason for this? to sell one for each implement? maybe.
But there must be a good reason.
When they say implement end only... are they taking about the direction of install? Thats what I thought.
"reacton action time" what the heck does that mean?Yes you want the clutch close to the implement to reduce the reaction time to a minimum to protect the tractor.
