Sloping grade

A landplane the size of the one in the pictures below would work well with your BX for smoothing. To run a uniform grade from the house across the yard would require a box blade or other similar implement that can carry the dirt and deposit it where needed. I would start by shooting grade to see what is really needed, you may find that there is enough slope as is to work fine. If that is the case you may only need a small amount of dirt around the house and a few low spots. Afterwards a lpgs may do the trick.

I just looked up the 4520 and I found its 53hp my 4320 is 48hp but surprisingly i found that the 4520 was PTO rated at 40.5hp and the 4320 was rated at 40hp.

I use this for my personal property but I also do contract grading and excavating jobs. Two of my favorite jobs are large lawn renovating and pasture grading. After 60 I grew tired of general and mechanical contracting, tractors are more fun.

My 4520 is a 2009 with 60 hp. Nebraska tests show 56 pto hp. Not sure about the 4320 but in 2009 hp was increased on the 4520 and 4720.

The x749 has been a great mower and enables me for the most part to keep the heavy tractors off of finished lawns. Routine maintenance of lawns including raking pine needles, applying fertilizers and amendments, aerating, collection systems and many other jobs a lawn needs without the weight of a larger tractor.
