I bought first CC 7-14-05, I love the mower but I have a problem. I asked the dealer about it and Iam the first to complain. When I mow everything is ok with cutting and discharge, then the motor labors a little and I see very little grass coming out discharge, not plugged either, I stop the mower and stop blades for a minute and then turn the blades back on and it starts to rumble and all the grass drops on ground what a mess that makes, it seems like the grass gets stuck underneath and is forced there until I stop the blades, any help would be appreciated.

You are taking off too big a bite in one pass. Try raising the deck hight a knotch or two, slow down the ground speed or overlap more. What you are describing are the classic symptoms of trying to cut more that the deck can handle, or cutting too wet of grass. IMO, 54" is a HUUUUGE amount of deck to hang under these machines. Also be sure to keep the throttle lever to full all the time.
