Small Deck Over?

All the deck over trailers I've seen are 14K+, 20'+ heavy equipment trailers. Has anyone ever seen a small trailer built as a deck over? I'm thinking axles normally used for a 5' wide trailer built deck over to make something like a 12x7 tandem 7K trailer.

PJ makes a 5 inch channel frame deckover that I believe has 3500 lb axles.

Would a snowmobile trailer be large/heavy enough for your purposes? Just an idea.

If you are thinking of hauling that little tractor in your Avatar forget it. You will get hung up with the brake over angle from the ramps to the deck because of the height.

You do know that the trailer you want is very special and 99 out of 100 buyers will not be interested in it if you ever decide to sell. Why not just a standard landscape or car hauler style?

The idea was to get a large deck area in a small package. I don't like trailers that are wider than the truck pulling them. My 5x8 trailer is 80" wide. I need a minimum of 72" for the mowing deck and 12' in length for the tractor and implement or tractor with FEL attached. If I had a deck over, I'd have 80" of width in a package no wider than the 5x8 trailer I have now. Maybe I'd just have a beaver tail built into the ramps to cut that angle down into two steps.
