Small welding project

Here is something I welded up today from some scrap. It is used for skimming the live coals off the top of the fine ashes in our wood stove. Our stove has no ash tray so we have to scoop the spent ashes out though the door. Not the greatest pictures but they should convey the idea. The pictures make it look bent and askew but trust me, it is squarer than it looks.
