I didn't realize some of those Kubota models were so light. Sorry for my ignorance. My Mahindra 2615, 26 HP, 21.1 HP at the PTO, without the loader, weighs 2458 lbs., and 3073 lbs. with loader, and with my filled rear tires, add in a few more hundred lbs.
Mahindra claims heavier axles, perhaps the reason for the weight.
I believe your 2615 is more the physical size of a Kubota L series.
The Kubota Bs have 16" rear wheels compared to your 24s (L2501 has 24s)
The width of a B is 54" compared to your 60" (L2501 is 55" minimum)
The length of a B is 99" compared to your 115" (L2501 is 106").
The L2501 (smallest, basic L series) weighs 2601# and has 25HP with 20.5 PTO HP gear, 19 HST.
