boy this has been a snowy year, good thing global warming is around or it might have been a lot worse. lets all burn something so all the greenhouse gases that to global warming fools are harping about will warm things up so we can get rid of all this freaking snow.

Here in the Thumb of MI we have had a very easy winter so far. We haven't had any snow storms to speak of. What little snow we do have has just accumulated from passing showers. Today we had some lake effect snow because of some strong northeasterly winds. I only had to use the snowblower once this year, and even then I didn't really need to. Everybody to the west of us and east of us have just been getting hammered.

I'm about 300 miles north of JayC, just barely still in Michigan, and the only real snow we've had so far was in the middle of December. Since then I've really only groomed the drive 3 times. And to think a few years back this area experience a 60 inch weekend.

We got about 16-18 inches in Central PA overnight, and today.

My B7610 w/ Woods SB60 makes short work of clearing my driveway(s).

The one with the easier grade, about 100 ft. long.

The steeper one that I slide down partially sideways -- big pucker factor. I put the chains on to finish the job. About 70' long.

Stone drive and parking area at pole barn, about 36' X 30' + about 25' of driveway.
