Temps of around 100 are typical here at this time of the year. You learn to suspend working in the heat of the day if you can. If you can't then you learn to work slower, and get in some shade whenever you can.
I did some hauling for a outfit that was putting in a manhole in San Antonio last week. In the downtown area they are required to hire police to handle traffic problems. At this site there was no shade around, the cop they had there had only to go out in the street occasionally to stop traffic. In the between time he would go stand in the only shade available, from a telephone pole./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif I wonder if they teach that at the academy?/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
Rain? Since about the middle of june I've had maybe 2/10 of an inch here on my land.
