Snowblower for Kubota B2920 questions

I am looking to buy a snowblower for my Kubota B2920. I went to my dealer and got prices. He gave me prices on a B2781B blower with hydraulic chute rotation and a BX5455HD. Does anybody have experience with these 2 blowers? Which one is more rugged for lasting longer? If you have one, how does it perform?

We have a B2781B with hydraulic chute & deflector on our B2320HST. I can't speak for the BX5455HD, as I'm unfamiliar with that one. The B2781B is very heavily built & works great in front of the B. We were glad to have it after getting a series of storms, late in the season. R&S did a great job setting it up for us.

As I understand, Kubota is releasing new snowblower models. The BX5455HD is the new model of the BX2755HD. As the name might suggest, the BX5455 is made for the BX tractors, are you sure its compatible with your B? I would have thought you would be looking at the 51" B2781A or 63" B2782A.

The B2781B is the newer version of the B2781A. The BX5455HD fits both the BX and B series tractors. The BX5455HD is the latest version but I don't know how it compares to the B2781B as far as performance and which one is more rugged.

OK, makes sense. With the extra hp of your B2920, you should be able to run the 63" blower no problem. I'll be interested to hear other opinions. I haven't seen the info in the new models, and I know weight isn't always the best way to determine quality, but I believe the BX2755 was lighter than the B2781a, even though it was wider.
