If it weren't for the size difference we could switch blowers.;) The green one would compliment my machine better than the "red" one I bought. Mine was the last one he had on the lot, so I wasn't picky on the color. You are correct in snow removal technique. I have used an atv with a blade, my tractor with the loader and a box blade and now I replaced the box blade with the blower. I can clean up my yard in about a 1/4 of the time and not have the piles to contend with.

Here is my Normand snowblower on a deere 3320. The model is a N54. Indsutrial strength. designed for cleaning sidewalks by city crews. It also has an extension for loading into a truck.

My blower is wider but not as tall. Its story is here. . When it snows in western MA I'll be ready - and snug in the cab when the clearing winds howl.

Back in 2006 I sold my trusty old Allis-Chalmers D17 for a new, and equally trusty, Kubota L3430HSTC. Now instead of freezing and a sore neck I listen to tunes and stay warm.

You can kill any snow blower whether its a P.T.O. unit or a belt driven motorised unit.

The key is slow and steady and using a creeeper speed when you have slush with a small 2 stage unit.

Using one of clarences impeller kits also clears the impeller drum quickly and reduces clogging to near zero even with wet snows

The best $30 USD for a two stage of any size

Has any one installed one of Clarences Impeller kits on a 3 point blower ?
My Erskine doesn't handle slush as well as I'd like it to

Here is my 54 inch front blower on the JD 2520. Installed and test ran it today, but no snow to try it out on yet.

I love this thing....This was the first snow trhough the blower 2 days before the storm hit. The auger wants to be loaded with snow. It cleaned up 2 driveways in short order...about a 10 inch storm.

I have a gear tractor and in reverse low range at 2600rpm the tractor and the blower act as one. Perfect speed, IMO.

Beautiful set-up, Runner. I think a machine just like that would be a perfect match for my property though I would like a bit more pto power.

That is a great looking tractor right there.!!
