How about a nice used B-21 4x4 utility tractor?

Sorry the PTO power on the B21 is woefully low.

These guys are all correct. Anything from the B7510 on up will do the job. I imagine some with less hp might work also.
Have you considered buying a used tractor? Were I in Texas, I'd be looking at used Kubotas. Could save big bucks that way.

You just have to try them out. Decide how much you want to spend. Sounds like the B3030 would work out nicely for you. I really like my B7800. Don't tell my B7800 how old and out dated it is:eek: Just make sure you get the right tractor the first time. Its easy! just do it:D

Thanks for the advice y'all, if everything goes smoothly I should be picking up a B3030. That's not to say that the 7800 is bad, it's just the B3030 seems a much more refined tractor for the money.

Marc, Marc, Marc, Marc,

What are we going to do with you??? Don't you know you need to dither over the discision for a longer time? How are we going to be able to work you up and into an M7040 Cab tractor, if we don't have time? Jeepers, you just barely posted and you already bought one and it seems to be more than capable for your chores. (We typically like to get you into a tractor 3-8x too big)

Oh well, Enjoy the new ride and go over to the "projects" forum and read about the remote cameras catching crooks. Sounds like you need to get one or two and maybe a big old dog.

I also have a B7800. It's a workhorse. I've used it harder than it probably should be used, and no major problems. That said, if I knew then what I know now, the B2910 would have been my choice. B3030 is the new version of that model. Position cotrol, tilt steering, better seat, etc. makes it worth the money.

Now to add to the confusion, take a look at the B26. Unless you see yourself removing the FEL a lot, this would be a great choice. Great balance of power to size, skid steer quick attach, greater lifting capacity, available front remote for a grapple, and you get the hoe in the package.

Good luck. Post the pics when the orange steel shows up.
