OMG, without spacebook how will we ever know what folks we haven't seen since high school had for lunch yesterday??

What you 'delete' is only removed from your own access to what they keep and sell to advertisers to spam you and tweak the popups you get everywhere else. One guy sued them for keeping 1100+ pages that logging-in said were 'deleted'.

'Create an account' isn't much different, or you wouldn't have to do so anywhere else. Bad enough that we now carry a 'smart crutch' to be at the end of someone's leash 24/7. :yuck:

I'll be 64 in May, look 50-ish, live/act like I'm 20-someting (still), and dream like anyone else with the maturity of a typical teenager. 'Doc' says I'm in great shape ... as though I don't need knee cartilage, an L5 disk or healthy lungs that I'm destroying with tobacco use. (psychological 'nervous habit' addiction isn't helped much by e-cigs & rolling your own for $1/pk hardly motivates one to cut down.)

For many of us, it's warm weather and seat time that keeps us active and in shape. (not to mention that extra fluid/filter change at 50 hrs. )

It's not that life is so short, but that you have to be dead for so long ....

Have been on Facebook several years now and I don't have much of an issue with the loss of privacy...like I had much before I joined. I think one of the problems people have is that they try to friend people willy-nilly and much of the time they know NOTHING about the other person. I had 64 friends on Facebook when I was married, cut the list down to 29 before the divorce, and today I only count 30 or so. And every one of them I have met personally face to face except for two, and those guys are long term TBN members.

As for my real age I am 62, there are days when I feel 50 and days when I feel 75, and I don't worry about that.

Well young man...you know how to handle facebook...many don't and let take over their lives....You are too smart to do that...and you have other interests that keep you busy...I think many folks just sit on facebook , twitter and other sites and have no other life...

I'm not on Facebook mess either, but I have a couple of junk email accounts I use to register for this stuff, even here on TBN.

Whew, test wore me out. I'm 65, said I was 57.6. Wife says I'm stuck at fifth grade boy level. Brain says I'm still 27, body says I'm 93. I figure in reality I've got maybe another 15-20 years on this earth at best. Think about it - anybody here in ye 80s?

I filled out the form at Dr. Oz's site and it was all made up info. Fake email address, my name and all the rest. It then allows you to take the test.

About half way through I stopped because Dr. Oz seems like a shill to me and while not much on conspiracy type stuff, I didn't feel all that comfortable answering those questions for what it gives back to us. Our true age? :laughing:

Don't think for a minute this data isn't being sold and I suspect our government would buy that in a skinny minute.
