We have the front end of a '57 Dodge schoolbus with the turn signals on stalks so it looks like it's peering over the stone wall at people. When I have time I'll paint it green and scaly like a big dragon! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think there was a large posting about automatic gates in the Rural Living section about 2 months ago. There was a lot of great info and suggestions in there. And a lot of help from Wraughtenharv (?spelling..sorry if I butchered the name!)...and Lord knows how much of a perfectionist he is!!

OK, all kidding aside he really gave some great advice from a guy who has built many-a-gate. I found it very informative.

So what's at the end of my drive...probably all those news papers I keep driving over as I am rushing to work...I gotta pick them up someday...or maybe just plow them under??
