My good friend is in China building a theme park. He spotted this frankenstein that is in high use at the construction site. It took me a few minutes to figure it out, and quite frankly I was very tickled at the ingenuity.

Still figuring out the Hydraulic pump and its purpose. I am going to assume for the dump bed. but.....

Figured you guys would enjoy.

It was originally a walk behind two wheel tractor, now it has a pull behind trailer and a seat to ride on. I suspect also that the hydraulics are for the dump bed

That is exactly what I thought. They do similar this with 2 wheel tractors in Europe. 2 wheel tractors are very common in other countries.
