soap stone woodstoves?

Nice looking stove! As with all Hearthstones, make sure the dealer shows you how to access the pipe from the inside (there's a trick to moving the firebricks without punching holes in the insulation) so you can clean your chimney without disconnecting things in the back. My wife and I did it the wrong way the first time, and she looked like a coal miner when we were done! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif

I've got one. We bought it two seasons ago. see www.woodstove.com for details. I really like it. the heat it throws is much more even that a metal stove and the stove will throw heat much longer than a metal stove. I also think they look great. The down sides are: they take longer to heat up when you start the fire, they run better with smaller peices of wood. As far as I am concrened it's not much of a down side.

Good luck with your stove hunt. Dan
