You might try a sign claiming 24 hour video surveillance. That might be enough to get them to move on to another location.
That Reolink option might be worth a try if you can place it and a solar panel where it won't get noticed or stolen. You will be hard pressed to get an identification from such a distance though. My field cameras are Reolink 5MP cameras and they are pretty clear but by the time I could identify someone on them they would have them and be gone. I can say the notifications through the Reolink app and my network are far more consistent than what you experienced with your Spypoint test.
