I bought and installed a micro SD card in both cameras. 128gb each. Also installed the Reolink program on laptop listed in the directions that came with the cameras. The laptop does receive and record some video but my phone gets many more of the alerts and recordings. Using laptop to access playback of a cam many times shows no vids recorded. I'm pretty sure its a setting but I've gone thru them all.
