Really really nice machine...
Down here in NC most of those models would have AC...
Case makes a really good hoe...
How many times have I said really in this post???
You can do a lot of work with that unit...
Get some action posts...
I would assume that your lift capacity is in the 5K-6K range...
Actually I just looked up the specs at Ritchie and it states 2804 kg > 6K...
Um...
That is a lot...

Congrats, awesome machine. What is the fel lift capacity?

Oh and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that puts a piece of wood between the loader and concrete floor.

Thanks! The manual say 6,182lbs with the general purpose bucket, so I'll lose a bit for the QA and the little distance it moves the bucket forward.....I can live with that!

Yeah, I just did the concrete on that side of the barn about 6 weeks ago so I'm protective of it :D

I was close to buying a Deere, but it sold, and two weeks later this one showed up. Around here there are more Case hoes than anything else, and more dealers, so I figured that was a minor plus. I'm bummed it doesn't have AC, but not too many around here have it except the really newest machines (or so it seems). I don't think it'll be a big issue, and it's not like I'm doing all day shifts in it anyway, so I can pick when to work.

I can't wait to get some action shots!

Bart, another reason I prefer Case, old OR new - not only do they use dual curl cylinders on the loader, but they are BACKWARD to most others I'm aware of - IOW, by using trunnion mounts and linkage, you get the most power in CURL mode instead of DUMP mode. Makes quite a bit of difference in breakout force when you do the math... Steve

Congrats on your new toy, I mean tool. Quite an upgrade from your R4047. You should get many years out of her.

Nice, you'll be able to do some lifting with that!

My concrete floor is about a year and a half old and I'm still protective of it. 😳

that is a nice looking machine. It looks like it's in great shape.. You could always add A/C aftermarket later.

I may look into that...should be possible.

First semi-action pics....finally got home before it got dark. 6' long 12" culvert isn't very heavy, but it's heavy enough to be a pain to move any other way.

After I moved the concrete I decided I wanted to try the bucket on a pile of fill that came out of the plugged culvert....but it was getting pretty dark, so I just did one scoop.

I LOVE having this much weight and power...rolled into the pile and it was like it wasn't there.

Before I put her away I spent ten minutes using the backhoe on the septic field I plan to remove....just trying it out. I don't know why anybody would say you can't be precise swinging the boom with the foot pedals....I could inch it along just fine.
