The one I say, "dang I should have keep that car", was my 68 Z28 4 speed. I bought it in 71 while I was in collage and finally sold because of my constant student poverty. Sure wish I had that car today.

You could do like the PopaJohn pizza owner and buy it back??Bet he paid a premium price for it.My 70 malibu rusted out the back window, due to Gm half=-glueing the vinyl top on at mfr...filled the trunk with water..Knowing now that--- I could buy a panel and replace it about kills me???

Remembering my 64 impala, I was jealous of all the new cars that showed up at College..Mine was 5 years old then, they had brand New 1969 cameros and chevy Novas with hot 350 and 396 engines..Of Course, there were some nice Chrysler big blocks that loped around, Roadrunners, Dodge demon, and Gtx. Two lane racing was a pass-time to watch, I did not race, period...

My parents had a '63 Impala SS327 4spd they got in '64. I remember as a kid, that car was surpising quick for a large car and a smallblock. Was cool; bucket seats, console, factory tach. Never dawned on me till much much later that it was a pretty big tuna boat of a car. But, I remember growing up, sitting in back while my Mom and Aunt street raced and blew some peolples door off; my Mom could power shift that 4sp with the best of 'em...

Personally, I have always been more of a Mopar fan. . Although they were not as fast, I like the more smooth rounded style of the '71-74 Roadrunners. Really like the 413 and 426 max wedge/super stock cars from the early 60's too...

I like GM and Mopar performance cars, over the years I owned a '65 & '66 GTO, 9 Firebirds from 1967 - 1989. Had a 66 Charger 383, '68 Sport Satellite, GTX and Sport Fury all 3 with 440 Magnums, the Fury was a notch roof 4 speed car. Also had 70 Dart Swinger 340, 72 Demon 340 and 69 Charger RT/SE 440 4 speed. Had a '73 Buick Regal with 455, turbo 400 and 3.42 gears and was surprisingly quick, also had '73 Century Luxus but it was a 350 4 bbl car. Recently sold my 442 and wife's Z28, I'm sure I missed some of the old ones, and right now I'm trolling the ads for something else.
