Source for this fan???

Has anybody seen a source for a fan that looks like this? This one came loose on the shaft, ovalled the center a bit, and wore out the blades on one side. It's cast and the vanes and center are roughly 1/4" steel. It's belt driven at a speed approaching 10,000rpm, so whatever I replace it with has to be well balanced. Diameter is 12" and it's roughly 3" wide. Shaft size is 1.25".

Fan? I'd call that an impeller. It probably started out life moving liquid, not air.

It is. It's normally run by an 18hp twin cylinder motor (well, a small oil pump is run by the same motor, but it doesn't take much grunt at all). I've tried a 14hp single cyl Honda but it loads it up fairly heavily.

Google New York Blower. They make large blowers and heavy fabricated steel impellers.

It's the fan off of a blueberry burner. I've done a more accurate calculation of the speed and it turns at 9000rpm. Local machine shop sources tell me that it'll be close to $1000 to fabricate one and have it balanced.

The fan is used to supply the airflow to burn and spread the flames. Not many pictures available online though.

Update on my fan problem. I've been told that it was originally a sawdust fan, but googling sawdust fan didn't turn up anything remotely obvious. New York Blower has been sent pics of my wornout fan and are supposed to get back to me. Google's "smart" ads popped up Cincinatti Fan while I was emailing New York Blower, so their local rep has been emailed but wasn't nearly as prompt returning my call as the New York Blower guy was.

Also, I was talking to a fellow who has made blueberry burners before and he says that my burners have been modified in strange ways. The openings on all of my burner heads are apparently too large and therefore require way more air than was originally intended for good combustion, so the previous owner put very large pulleys on the motors and are thus overdriving the fans. They've been like that for over 10 years and he's surprised that they've lasted that long without selfdestructing. He suggests 3000rpm max for the fan, so a smaller pulley on the motor, maybe a slightly larger one on the fanshaft, and run the motor about half speed with smaller air openings on the burner heads.

Thx Tom. No mention of dimensions of the fan or the housing on the website that I could find, and I've got no idea the cfms and pressure that mine runs at. Thickness of the housing of mine is pretty close to 5" and total width is 22". Hopefully they'll get back to me tomorrow with some more info.

p.s. The NYB site does say something about 14"-85" sizes (fan diameters??) and different arrangements. #3 arrangement for v-belt pulley drive looks most like it'd work for me.

Gin is that impeller cast iron or cast steel?Can you also tell me how much it weighs?

As it turns out bamatoolmaker, I took a closer look at it yesterday and scratched it and it turned out to be cast aluminum instead of steel. Hard to tell exactly what it weighs because it's still on the steel shaft. I was surprised because the others I've had to take apart have all been steel and made the assumption that this one must be, too. I'll try and yank it off today when I'm down. It has to come off the shaft sometime soon anyway.

I was talking to the Cincinatti Fan rep this morning and he said that the PB in PB3-12 was for Pressure Blower, but that they had no PB3 anythings listed in the book that he had. They had other PB numbers though.
