Kozak-Where is Forest, On? Last year I paid $960 for 15 loads of driveway gravel. My bud borrowed the truck(16yd box) so we just had to pay pit prices plus a tank of fuel and a bottle of CC. Hauled from 5miles away dawn til mid afternoon. Didn't seem to go far once it was spread though /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I think it's partly just being in the right place at the right time. I just had 12 tandem loads (100+ yards) of clean fill dirt given to me, but had to pay the guy $200 to have him load it. He was cutting down the grade on a hill behind his house, and other than have a few soft sandstones in it, it was VERY clean. No roots, trash, etc., just red, red clay...
