they are located in alexandria, la, sell kioti and "grey tractors"....the yanmars come out of vietnam and they add a 6 month drive line warrenty /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif package deal-------2200, 16' trailer/ramps, 5' box blade, 5' rotary cutter, boom pole $7199 in stock, attachments new....trailer new...

i talked to a guy named joey at 1-877-487-1433,very nice, answered my questions, said they had some /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gifparts, limited manuals

i found their web site on yahoo under yanmar tractors, i think the web site is www.southcircle.com....

Thank you for the information and I have read it completely.

It would appear that small independent (road side ?) dealers
AND larger franchised dealers are importing from Viet Nam.
6 month warranty is the longest I have heard to date.

IMHO, Current market trends indicate Japan is competing with itself and the exports to S.E. Asia.

I was asked recently "Is it possible to recondition one of these reconditioned tractors?" My answer was: The tractors are marginal-borderline running units that may need big ticket items like, Hyd or injection pump, low oil pressure or bad compression. If replacing with new, any one item could run an additional 1K or more. And excessive ware on any of these items are an indication of the internal mechanics being weak or unreliable.

Do you or anyone else believe they are reconditioning reconditioned tractors? Sounds absurd, but there may be enough profit to do this.

This, and other companies, state the basic belts, hoses and fluid maintenance preformed.

Ask yourself why the 2200 (and 1600, 1900, 2700) are found primarily at the VN recon dealers and not on the lots of those of us who "deal" in the grey market tractors. If your seller is not going to supply you with parts, who do you think will?
I don't know for sure what you mean by "hydro shifter", but unless that translates "regular gear shift" it isn't the 2200. And how good is a 6 mo. warranty if they have limited parts and manuals access?
I love the "Factory Reconditioned" on their website, followed on another page with an explanation of why the VN can do this so well-- </font><font color="blue" class="small">( The Vietnamese then applied their expertise to create a superior product suitable for a demanding North American market. )</font> Sorry, my definition of factory reconditioned clearly means the OEM.
Ought to be able to buy the same pkg with a 2210 instead of the 2200, and from an actual "dealer" rather than just a seller, and have a much nicer tractor with much better support.

I thought that whole page sounded awfully familiar. I am sorry to say that I though it was one of the "canned advertising" pages done by a coop of importers.....I never made the connection until reading you response. No difference except their LOGO on page top.

I may give them a call and ask about (that page) how and where they were able to obtain such thoughtful insights and is it written from personal experiences and relationship with their exporter.
