Speedometer for your tractor.

Most manuals have that info listed. just get an idea what yuor ground speed at pto rpm is for each gear.

Get a Kubota Grand L series and it comes with digital speedometer in mph and km/hr in additon to engine RPM and PTO rpm.....

If you really want accuracy try this web site for ground speed radar. http://www.dickey-john.com/products/ag/detail.php?productCat_id=8 These are used with big ag tractor and planters.

SkyPup, that's one good reason that I just posted in another thread that next time I borrow my B-I-L's little spray rig, I'll mount it on the tractor instead of pulling it with the ATV... ATV - no speedo or tach; L4330 - accurate digital speedo! Even coverage depends on uniform and exact ground speed.

The speed scale on my tach is only designed for third gear, high drive ratio. Then you have to calculate mph given the kph indicated. 7.5mph is possible, but anything over 5mph is downright scary, not to mention hard on my tounge.
