A couple of my oops's include pulling into the barn with my new bumper and suitcase weights on the front. Well heck.. I normally just pull up to the same point where i see my old tire marks.. so needless to say I pull in looking at the right side tire, to park in the same spot... well.. bumper w/ weights adds about 4-6" up front.... Luckilly it is a heavily built sturdy wood horse barn... Wall shook.. I shook, tractor shook.. boy I couldn't hit that clutch fast enough.. and I was only in 1,1...
Second involves the rotary cutter.. ... just one of those turning things.. as you turn, the cutter swings wide away from the turn...... you guys ever mow near one of the wifes plants, then turn sharp away from it after just passing it with the tractor.... yep... the mower swings right over it....
My wife mowed her families 4 acres when she was at home w/ a 284 IH and 5' woods MMM and after getting married I got a L2900 Kubota w/ 6' RFM.
When at home she used to work ground w/ 5020 & 24' disc too.
She said if I got a RFM instead of MMM she wouldn't mow.
6 years later she decides to mow to help me out (working 12 hours a day 7 days a week at factory plus farming 100acres and running construction business).
The kids and I planted over 1000 pine and spruce trees by hand, granted 1/3 die first year well the 2nd year she mows over 300 or so.
Her comment when presented the evidence, I didn't do it.
So now I have a MMM again and she thinks it is too big to mow w/.
The few remaining trees better watch out.
How could you ever accuse your wife of mowing over them seedlings? You should know by now you just can't do that. You should have went up to her with the evidence and said, "honey I guess I should have you mow more often, look what I did." You see then everything would have been allright. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
TIM: as i told alan; IT IS TOTALLY YOUR FAULT! you should have known better than to plant those trees where the bride might want to mow. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
