Spray in bedliner

   / Spray in bedliner #11
I just bought a new F250 a few months ago and went with Line-X. I bought the truck 6 hours away and had the dealer take it to the Line-X store to be sprayed, but I talked with the Line-X dealer over the phone about it first. We talked about the UV protectant, but his quote was "If you're gonna use it, don't spend the money. If you're gonna have a show truck, it's worth doing". I didn't have it done.

This is my third Spray-in liner, the other two being Rhino due to dealer proximity. I only kept each of those trucks for 1-2 years, but the Rhinos already began to get milky/chalky and peeling up on both trucks. It was much softer, though, so it did a better job of keeping things where you put them in the bed. My Rhino liners were from the early 2000s so things may have changed, but currently I prefer the Line-X 100% more than the Rhinos I have had in the past.

If possible, I have heard really good things about Scorpion liners, but I have never seen them in person. However, it seems that in my area several dealers are spraying them (including the local Ford dealer's body shop).

The UV is to keep it looking new and shiny. Like SammyNole said if it going to used a lot it’s not worth spending the extra.
