Oh, by the way, you do not like answering when you are busted, do you.

I bet that just TICKS you off

LMAO

I'm done with him now, its like when a cat kills the mouse he has been playing with, and then the cat loses interest.........

Excuse me?! Off your meds again? I'm just shaking my head at the lack of collective intelligence in this thread. It should be proof enough when the ONLY place where people think diesel fuel is a good metal protector is here. If that doesn't cause one to think a bit, there is nothing there with which to think.

So, prove me wrong. Telling me what great-grandpa means nothing to me. Dang, now it sounds like I care about your equipment. Um, prove me wrong jerks. There, sound better? ;)

I posted on this topic and gave up, but I have been following it.

Dargo; REALLY! This is how you get people to respect your opinions and try to get them to understand your point of view? There are, were, and will be "scientest" that say this is bad or this is good and they'll have their facts to back it up, just ask those that had to deal with agent orange. I'm not completely disagreeing with what I believe your opinion is, but I do disagree with your "I'm perfect and everyone else is dumb" additude. :mur:

If you're as smart as you claim then prove it, with proof, or just have your opinion and move on. Insulting others{includes all} just drops the mentallity level of a decent forum{tractorbynet}. There are folks that like to visit and get info. How high do you think they'll hold their opinions when they see us fighting like little girls on a high school play ground?

That is just part of the joke. I've tried to take a logical approach where others want to only take the old wive's tale. Have you not noticed that not one single, not one, person has been able to come up with even one report of any type supporting spraying diesel fuel on equipment. It's been known for 50 years that doing so is nothing but a waste of fuel. Still, when NOBODY can find one article backing up their practice, they only resort to being rude and name calling. No, I'm not superior, but clearly this group has some issues with accepting proven facts. Let their equipment rot. What does it matter to me?
