Is it normal/common to get a brief (1-2 second) squeal when engaging the PTO on your Kioti?

I've got an RX7320 cab with only about 20 hours. It has the push-button knob to engage the PTO. All the other tractors I've operated have had a mechanical PTO lever that could be 'feather' using the clutch. The procedure I've been using for this new electronic (hydraulic?) PTO engagement is pretty similar to what I've always done. Prior to engaging the PTO I slow the engine RPMs as low as possible, get the implement in a position where it won't be hard starting (for brush hog or disk mower I usually lift it off the ground), gently engage the PTO (in this case push in the button and turn), set the engine revs, position the implement, get to work.

On this machine I get a squealing sound when I first engage the PTO. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks

My RX6620 has a similar very brief squeal during engagement. I assumed it was normal and part of the whole push button PTO process. Our 2210 has the mechanical lever and it does not have the same sound on engagement...

The squeal can only be coming from a belt on the implement?

@dog13- Thanks for your comment. I've been treating it as normal too, but finally realized there's a whole forum out there with other owners that I could ask ;)

@dog13- this happens when I engage my disc mower. I don't believe there are any belts on that implement. I suppose I could try engaging the PTO with nothing attached to see if it's still there... Not sure it would happen with no load at all but I'll try.

i have a couple Scag mowers with squeaky PTOs when the blades engage. The squeak comes from the electric clutch locking up.

My 7 foot finish mower belt squeals when I engage the PTO. I only engage it at an idle. I don't recall hearing any squeal on my 3PTH chipper on engagement. I'll make a point to pay attention the next time I use it.

I tried this again while out working today. When I engage the PTO with nothing attached, I get no squeal. We were square baling today and when engaging the PTO with the baler attached, no squeal. So perhaps it's just with the disc mower that this happens. I'll have to pay attention to other attachments like the round baler and brush hog. For now, I'm not treating it as a problem.
