I went from a Ford 1700 to my Kubota
M6040. Several of the implements that fit the Ford were useless - just to light. They would have been even more useless on the Kubota.
So...... Over the last thirteen years I have slowly upgraded to Cat 2 implements. NO - it is NOT cheap. The grapple/third function was - $4750. The Rhino 950 rear blade was - $4000. The Wallenstein BX62S was - $4500. Unfortunately - in this corner of the world there are no smaller tractor used implements for sale. 450hp to 600hp - there are plenty. I looked for 30+ years and finally gave up.
But that's the main reason I got the Kubota. I'm retired and have all the time in the world. But not enough time for implements that will not do their job.
My last implement upgrade will be either a HD set of disks or a HD rototiller.
