I understand, I have had a few ideas that seem like a lot of fun but then look at how much I would miss out on by being married to a business like a campground or atv park or even animals on the farm. I love traveling and really want to be free to go anywhere I want whenever I want. I'm hoping to get down to Texas in the next few years. I haven't been there since 1990.That's a fantastic buck that you daughter got!!! You live in a great area for huge whitetails.
I abandoned the RV Park idea awhile ago. The closer I got to going into huge debt, the more I hesitated and questioned myself about it being something I wanted to do 24/7 for the rest of my life. I met a lot of RV Park owners and not one of them liked running things. They loved building it, but hated the day to day, never ending maintenance and repairs that come with it, and dealing with everyone's problems. Remodeling homes has proven to be more profitable and pretty much stress free.
