If the pump is the problem and not the gears, you can likely have it rebuilt. Your diesel mechanic will know where to send it. We even have a member here that rebuilds them for his profession. So it can be fixed.

If it is a gear issue, bad on Kioti for replacing the gears with the same faulty parts. I would be tempted to bring the failed parts to a machine shop and have them evaluate. On the other hand, what is the next weakest link?

I guess I forgot to mention the last time I had that problem we didn’t get new gears we rotated each gear 180 degrees and that worked for about 250 hours and then the other teeth broke ( if that’s the problem)
Is the member Mike ( the pump guy )?
He said cost to rebuild 470$ minimum hopefully I can just get the gears and do it myself! Does anyone here know about getting the gears for the Kioti Injection pump?

I’m thinking fuel pump, any thoughts?
Yeah, good guess. Check your filter, too. I wish I'd gone ahead and replace my pump when I guesses it was the problem. Wound up paying out seven hundred dollars to a local dealer who ripped the old dealer labels off my tractor (along with some paint and pasted his stickers over the mess and refused to fix it!

If your machine has been sitting with fuel in the tank . . Good luck, let us know

You want to use 100% ether, John Deere used to sell it under the John Deere brand. For the 20 and 30 and 40 series tractors when I worked for the dealer. They had an ether assist on the dash, set up to use their ether

You will know if it is "good" ether as the engine will "just" start right up!! Cheap ether makes those cracking and banging sounds. Thats the sound of your piston ring lands being broken off!

There is NO substitute for HEAT, doesn't take much to get the coolant up to 40 to 50 degrees, (your tractor starts just fine on those degree days, right) and then no need for ether. any heater plumbed into the cooling system so the warmer coolant will fill the CYLINDER HEAD is the best bet! Thats where combustion happens. I plumb my heaters out of the radiator drain and INTO the heater and into the engine BLOCK drain. warms the cylinders on the way to the thermosyphon high point i.e. cylinder head. More watts the sooner you get going!

Works in eastern Ohio

ether is a LAST resort!!

go with the simple stuff first I would bet against your glow plugs! just "hot wire " them and see if that helps

I used to patronize a marine diesel service shop...on the parts counter....they had a stunning array of melted/destroyed pistons from all types of diesels (including 6,8,12 /71's) all from using starting fluid (ether)...!

too much of a good thing (either) is bad. Back when I trucked, SOP was a shot of starting fluid to reduce the strain on the starting batteries during the winter months and I never saw a Cat with broken rings or melted pistons from either either and the outfit I drove for had 55 with yellow motors. cannot say about double breasted Yamaha's as we didn't have any. Only Cats. Seen plenty of them with broken exhaust manifold studs and leaking spacer plates however. When I wasn't trucking I got to spin wrenches.

Why I like my Kubota's so much. Same mechanical injection system, same pump design as well and same rattling motor too.

Hell, back when I started in big trucks, it was standard to have a boost bottle (either bottle) on an engine. Didn't matter what make it was either.

Ok I know you peeps are waiting for what was found.
I started a go fund me account, who ever donates the most $$$ gets a private message from me.😂😂😂

The problem was 3 broken gear teeth on one gear, already ordered a new and improved set, and the gaskets. We should have everything in about a week!
The company I did business with is. Moose Diesel out of SC they have the parts in stock and will ship tomorrow 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.
That’s all I have for now!
Thanks again to the TBN family for all the suggestions. 🫂☮️✌🏻
