There is a posting on another site showing EA is delinquent on their property tax bill ($25500) that was due 9/1/2023. Still has not been paid.

I bet you have never irritated another person on TBN…..

Right?
I would never say that, we all tend to be a little imperfect from time to time, and I hold no ill feelings towards you.

Sadly, looking it up, the bill due is more than that.

Hopefully they can get everything worked out and become a healthy, fully functioning company again.

So the purpose in making the statement was?
Which one I made several. If it was the one about you rubbing people a little hard in some of your post's, I stand by it, that's the part about us all being a little imperfect, even you.

Well, pretty sad situation overall.

I wish I could say I was surprised, but I'm really not, at all. That 6 million dollar lake house (he probably has more invested into it than that, too. Sometimes you sell for half your investment on an all-custom abomination like that) is a sad illustration of how Ted was running the company, extracting as much profit out for himself as humanly possible. Seems it always hits a wall in the end.

Real shame, because they make kick-ass attachments and have a lot of satisfied customers, too.

Personally I would never give 3 thousand or more of my hard-earned dollars up front to a company that already seems a bit shady, just to patiently wait 3-6 months for delivery. There are competitive products available TODAY for immediate delivery at substantially lower prices. But to each their own.

Will be fascinating to see if they can resume operations and regain their reputation after this debacle. The internet never forgets.

Agreed, and in many posts I refer to my human imperfections.

It was just curious in a post that I made trying to let Ted have the weekend to straighten something out you felt the need to point out the fact I am a sinner!

God already knows that, and probably most of TBN does as well!

You might want to go back and read my post because I said nothing about you being a sinner, I alluded to the fact about you running your mouth but I didn't call you a sinner, I am aware that everyone sins and I am not judging you on whatever sins you commit, that's not my place.

Sad to see such a fall, if true. They did make great implements. Even if the wait times were long. People waited for a quality product. Both things can be true. They had talented people building good products. Leadership may have been lacking. The employees and customers are the victims. Sad

It's pretty obvious that they haven't been a healthy fully functioning company for some time, at least since August of 23, and likely for many months before that. A company that size should easily have $51k in liquid assets to pay a property tax bill. It's not like it's a surprise bill.

I feel sorry for the employees who lost their jobs and my sympathies for those who have attachments on order. I have serious doubts that they will be seeing a tracking number on their order any time soon... or ever.

Excuse me but I’ve NEVER RUN MY MOUTH ON TBN, not even sure that technology exists…..

Based on your previous post one can assume that you must consider it “sinful” or “sin like” considering that you made the post initially and then reiterated it in your most recent post.

Just saying!

always something fishy when someone wants their money before they produce a product. That tells me they are in a bad cash flow position.
Maybe? He was big on made in America etc. Like the gun community, when you do that it starts getting hard to get money from the banks so you end up having to be a cash business. If you make a good product and have strong demand a possible way to go is for the customers to finance it.

I'm still 20 pages back and reading after just catching wind of this so don't flame me yet....

I will say I bought the Everlast TIG cooler but I did it in their website and I'm 100% satisfied with it. Not that I'd buy an Everlast welding machine because I would not. They have had some issues in the past as well. I'm on the Welding Web site and on the boss' welding site as well.

All business sites today are having issues because of the economy and I sincerely hope they (EA) come out ok.
