I work (OR DID) work in a manufacturing enviroment where we build machines which then makes cleans coats or otherwise manulipulates some sort of widget. we have had very little interest in NEW capital equipment expendatures as the local USA market is loosing it;s ability to PRODUCE much of anything, as it stands the only real growing area to get into is FOOD derived buisness as everyone needs to eat even the china population. They are going the way we did back in the early 1900's less and less farming more and more manufacturing. this means that there has to be someone to FEED the billions there. while our work dried up almost 4 years back and steel & fab prices have increased the actual production has decreased here in good ole USofA. back there in 1900/s nearly 50% of US people were involved in farming of some type, now it is something less than a full% i belive (saw this on documentary like 2 weeks back) but as a country USA still feeds a very high percentage of the world population in beef, pork, chicken and grown produce (wheat grains ect) so if you want to survice take the FARM road /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif or open some sort of food manufacturing plant otherwise cost to compete will cost you out of the market place.... though you could go into the Working with DEAD people rout too but then it is hard to sell dead people supplies but you are sure to have everyone as a customer at least once huh!?
