Steps for an X1100C?

Thanks! I will have to fab up some type of mounting brackets to weld on to the outer frame rails to give me a place to bolt on steps.

The underside of the X1100C has the inner box frame but it is too far in to be useful. The outside rails are quarter round with a notch shaped and the unit has almost full coverage with underside pans. There is simply no place to bolt anything...

I looked at my x1100 and bolted in two 10 inch lengths of 2 inch angle iron and bolted the step to the angles. Did not have to weld anything

I'm happy with this style flexible step for equipment when mounted in the direction of travel they can deflect considerable with no damage.

Yes it is flexible for sure. However it needs hang directly under the front edge to work best
