I've tried the adjustment.. the lube.. the grease and have had it to the dealer twice and it still sticks!

I would suggest You try the neutral adjustment if it is out of warranty.if it under warranty, then dump it in Kubota's lap.

Ok, I figure try what is easier first, then go to the next step. Mine was the forward and reverse had to just be adjusted via the palte by the tire. Then he adj the tention on the spring (stiffness of pedal).

Tomnky... I performed the neutral adjustment but it did not help. I've given up and will learn to live with the situation. The dealer had it for a week or so a few months ago. They said that they worked with Kubota to get the problem resolved. It is a little better but it still sticks sometimes.

I agree a stay at the Dealership can be long as Mine set at one for six weeks with a defective valve.

Was this the adjustment where you jack one wheel off the ground to adjust?

tomnky... Yes, that is the adjustment. It is very easy to check it. If the neutral adjustment is off you will get creep when there is no presure on the pedal. My problem is that the pedal does not return to neutral as quickly as it should. Sometimes you have to push on the pedal to get it to return to neutral. Once it gets to neutral the tractor does not creep.
