Thanks, I appreciate it; hope it's not too much trouble; if it is please disregard.

TripleR, here are some pictures. I use a power chair so I'm not sure how much muscle would be required for a manual chair. The ramp brings me right up level with the cab so I can just step into it. There's enough room on the landing to spin around and drive down the ramp. I've tried it about a half dozen times and it works fine.
If you need any more info let me know.
I sent my friend the link to this post and he was excited to see all the responses.

Thanks for the photos, he sure did a good job on it.

I am using a regular chair now when I have to travel any distance and my wife pushes it as my shoulders are shot from falling down.

I will someday have to get a power chair, so the incline won't be a problem. I now drive my Rhino or Grizzly down to the barn where we keep the tractor. In looking at the ramp it occurred to me that I could use the general design to work with a power chair as well as my Rhino.

We keep our M8540 four miles away at another farm and could build one up there and use the Rhino or figure out a way to transport the chair.

I hope I won't need one of these for a while, but I didn't think a year ago I would trade my cane in for crutches. I know the time will come and I will be able to "keep on tractoring"; thanks.
