Use the trail cameras and don't call the police. Show the pictures around the area. Someone will know who it is. Find the local skinheads and throw them a c-note to take "care" of the culprit. Works every time. You'll probably never see the thieving slime ball piece of crap again. Or you can personally drag the human refuse out into a dark field and take care of him yourself. I've done it both ways and both are extremely satisfying. The skinhead way doesn't leave you out of breath and sore though, and it's always nice to work with today's youth.

" Find the local skinheads and throw them a c-note to take "care" of the culprit."

Seems to me that sounds like the slippery slope of vigilantism that could hoist you on your own petard. Especially if you are not accustomed to dealing with the criminal element.

But I am used to dealing with the "criminal element". I learned it all from obama And who says skinheads or the A.B. are criminal institutions?

Thieves are thieves. They dug up a 12' palm tree at then end of my drive once.

I also had a full winch bumper and winch stolen while the Jeep was parked overnight at the entrance of a major Hotel.

Worst one was they cut through the walls of a steel building, took the keys to my 26' box truck and loaded up all my tools, ladders, compressors, etc. Insurance said they would pay for the tools as long as I had the receipts. I swear I almost saw a smile on his face knowing the average person wouldn't have receipts for 20 years.

Poor ole boy didn't know my wife. I showed him copied of screw drivers and hammers I bout 20 years ago, along with every drill battery, screw gun, hammer shovel, saw, compressor and on and on. He wasn't happy when those invoices totaled up to 26K worth of tools, when I'm sure he was getting ready to write me a check for $1,000.00.
He screwed me any way because they broke the electric gate and he said that was a "separate incident" and I would need to pay another $1000.00 deductible.

he said that was a "separate incident"

The "legal" thieves are just about as bad as the illegal thieves. Is it because it is just too hard to make an honest dollar?

burnieman, are you comfortable advocating in a public forum that physical violence be inflicted on a specific individual or individuals? Ya might want to talk to someone who can tell you where the boundaries of "freedom of speech" and "criminal speech" are.

Never heard of "criminal speech". Obviously you've never been ripped off. What's more obvious is your lack of a sense of humor. You might try "talking to someone" about why you're farting dust.

Equating an unwillingness to advocate criminal behavior to having "never been ripped off" is illogical.

Fact is, I was the victim of a $22k crime in January of this year, but the perp is now incarcerated facing both state and federal time. I was proactive, and worked the system instead of lowering my conduct to the level of the perp's. What is most satisfying is that he is having to use his own money to pay a defense lawyer.

To be blunt, vigilantism is as detrimental, if not more so, than larceny.

But thanks for the medical information regarding flatulence. :D [In case it might not be obvious to you burniman, I am goading you.]
