If you don't mind me asking, any ballpark figure on the price?
Just did some quick calculation which may or may not be correct.
If correct, it looks like you will need at least 106 yards of concrete to pour 6 inch on the inside. I presume you will also want pads outside.
As someone else said, consider PEX in the concrete (at least in your office space) for radiant heating

I was hoping no one would ask that question. The building has three insulated dividing walls inside, so the building only fully insulated is $22 a square foot. Includes porch, gutters, doors and windows. Site prep and foundation is separate as well as lighting, electical, heatring and plumbing, whuch need to be determined.
I figure if they keep printing money, the cost of these steel buildings will only go up, so build now, or it rapidly becomes cost prohibitive. I could be wrong on that, but that's the way I figure it.
The ball park I was given was $20 a square foot, but as configured it comes to $22 a square foot. Uninsulated would run about half the cost.
