Haven't taken any pics of it in action, but it's done pretty much everything i've tried to do with it. i kinda regret not going with the 3525 cause i added some weights and the powersteering would sure be nice. so far i've cut some fairly heavy brush and grass with a 6' kingkutter and it never bogged down. i pulled up some old corral posts and picked up some old machinery that was abandoned on the ranch with the boom pole without a problem. i ran some weighted down harrow discs over about 2 acres of land. and aside from the power it was very economical. i'm looking at buying one of those scoops at TSC. they're reversible so you can scoop up dirt and dump it without getting off the tractor about a wheel barrow at a time. you can't really dig with it but you cant really dig with an FEL either. if you can find a dealer within a couple of hours away i feel it's worth it. you also get a 3 yr warranty as opposed to 2 year with most other brands.

no offense to the dude with the Branson post but i have a dealer less then 5 minutes away and when i tried one it just wasn't as big, heavy or powerfull as Mahindra. it was also more expensive. I spent about 3 weeks researching and trying different tractors and i am totally satisfied with my purchase. (except for the powersteering) /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

your best bet is to try out different brands and actually drive them before you make up your mind. i think Kubota's and JD'S are awesome tractors but i'll put the Hindra's in the same class just less pricey.

Yeah, I plan on test driving the Kioti Models this weekend, a little more over my budget and a little underpowered for a similar Mahindra model, however there is a dealer very close to my house and the dealer seems to be one of the nicer and patient guys I have contacted to get pricing.

I did contact some dealers around me. And no one came close to the "RODEO SPECIAL" you got down in Texas. Best offer I found was about 900 more then what you say you got for yours on a different post. But I'm sure the farther from the plant in texas and georgia, the more cost it will be because of freight.

I don't plan on purchasing until early April so at this time it is just research, and I do appreciate all the feedback. In regards to that scoop you were looking at, I came across this link, a bit more expensive, but impressive

Check out the "Dump Bowl" Scraper. Neat video.

Thanks,

Wow! that is pretty cool. if somebody needs to move dirt that does seem like the ticket right there.

Kioti's seem like very good tractor's. In fact i've never really heard any bad things about most tractor's except for the Jimna's and the lack of parts on some of the grey market tractors. If Kioti has a local dealer thats probably a good idea.

Good luck on whatever you buy!
