Ditto that Eddie, also really no need to. I wash my vinyl sided house with 1/3 clorox and 2/3 water plus one-half cup dawn in a one gallon hand sprayer. Wet the surface, spray the siding bottom up, wait a few, then rinse down with hose. Stubborn stains I respray and brush with a vinyl siding brush on a pole extender.

Siding sparkles like new when done, do it every other year since I an surrounded by several large fields that generate lots of dust in dry weather.

Watched a guy pressure wash a house once, the homeowner took all kinds of water in the house and up under the moldings. Very few things needs that kind of pressure to be cleaned properly.

In CA we used stucco on our extra garage and tractor storage. I know it isn't good for snow areas ( it will absorb moisture and then freeze/crack) or in wet areas like Seattle as it will mold but in dry Southwest areas it works. They use 2x4 or 2x6, foam insulation, wire, a scratch coat, then a brown coat, and finally a top coat, then paint.
