I have a t4030 that I’m having some cold starting issues. When it’s cold maybe 15-20 and lower it will start. However after running for maybe 30-60 seconds it slowly dies. To get it to start again I have to bleed the injectors. I have cleaned out the fuel tank, new lift pump, new filter, new lines replacing the plastic quick connect lines. If it’s warmer out. Maybe 20 and above it will start and run just fine. Fuel isn’t gelled. I have to put a torpedo heater on the engine. To get it to start and stay running on the colder days. Any ideas what the issue could be?
