tail wheel assembly

Hi folks I recently bought a Bulldog 5 ft bush hog at auction everything looks nearly new but tail wheel is missing.
can anyone tell me who makes this brand and where do I find one.

No it is a Bulldog I think I MAY KNOW WHY THEY HAD IT UP FOR AUCTION NOW. CAN'T FIND A DEALER OR PARTS.

Upon further inspection it has a CHEETAH gear box and the shaft does not have a hole just a notch for pin like on pto on tractor. Is this set up safe to run or will it mess something up on tractor if I hit a stump without a shear pin.
